By downloading or using Fitevy, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the app
Fitevy is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You must be at least 13 years old to use Fitevy. You may not reverse engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the app. You are responsible for how you use the app and any content you enter into it.
2. Your account
Using Fitevy requires an account, created with an email and password or through Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. Provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and understand that you are responsible for activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.
3. Fitevy Pro subscriptions
Some features require a paid Fitevy Pro subscription: monthly ($3.99), annual ($24.99), or a one-time lifetime purchase ($39.99). Subscriptions are sold and billed through the Apple App Store. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store account settings. Prices may vary by region and may change over time. Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. Deleting your Fitevy account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
4. Community routines and your content
You keep ownership of the routines you create. If you publish a routine, you grant other Fitevy users the right to view and add it, and grant us a license to host and display it within the app. Do not publish content that is unlawful, infringing, or offensive. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate these terms.
5. Health disclaimer
Fitevy is a fitness tracking tool and is not a medical application. The workout plans and suggestions provided by Fitevy, including those generated, are for informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have any health conditions or injuries.
6. Availability
We aim to keep Fitevy available and working well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time without notice.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glitch Labs is not liable for any damages arising from your use of Fitevy, including but not limited to injury, or data loss.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
