This policy explains what data Fitevy handles, how that data is used, and what choices you have when using the app.

No account required
Fitevy does not require sign-up and does not maintain user profiles for app access.
Health data stays protected
Health access is optional and only used for the workout features you enable.
No ads or tracking
Fitevy does not use ad tech, cross-app tracking, or data sales.
Fitevy stores workout logs, routines, exercise history, body weight, and height in app storage on your device. If you enable iCloud, that data syncs through Apple's CloudKit so it can stay available across your Apple devices.
If you grant permission, Fitevy can write completed strength workouts to Apple Health and read workout history from Apple Health so workouts from other apps can appear inside Fitevy.
When you use AI-powered plan generation or routine descriptions, Fitevy sends workout preferences or routine details such as exercise names, set and rep counts, and muscle groups to our backend so the feature can respond.
Fitevy periodically downloads the latest exercise library from our backend. This request does not include your personal profile, workout history, or Health data.
Fitevy uses your data to store workouts, show progress, sync your app data across your own devices when iCloud is enabled, and power optional features like Apple Health integration and AI-assisted workout planning.
Health data is not sold or used for advertising. AI-related requests are used only to generate the plan or description you asked for.
We do not use the app to build advertising audiences or track behavior across third-party apps or websites.

Workout and routine data primarily remain on your device and, if enabled, in your personal iCloud account. AI request data is sent only when needed to fulfill the feature you choose.
Fitevy is not directed to children under 13 and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
