Privacy Policy
Fitevy requires an account and handles some of your data on our servers and some on your device. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

Your workout data stays yours
Workouts, routines, and history live on your device and, if you enable iCloud, sync privately through Apple's CloudKit to your own devices.
No ads or tracking
Fitevy uses no advertising SDKs and does not track you across other apps or websites.
Delete anytime
You can delete your account, and the routines you've published, from the app whenever you want.
When you create an account or sign in with Apple or Google, we collect your name and email address to identify your account, and (for social sign-in) an authentication token from Apple or Google. Passwords are stored only as a secure hash. Email verification and password reset are handled over email.
Workout logs, routines, exercise history, favorites, body weight, height, and generated plans are stored on your device and, if iCloud is enabled, sync through Apple's CloudKit to your private iCloud. Body weight and height never leave your device or iCloud.
If you choose to publish a routine, its name, notes, and exercises become visible to other Fitevy users. Your name and email are never attached to a published routine.
If you subscribe to Fitevy Pro, Apple processes your payment. We store the transaction identifier and your entitlement status so Pro features stay unlocked across your devices. We never receive your full payment details.
With your permission, Fitevy writes completed strength workouts (and estimated active energy) to Apple Health, and reads your workout history so workouts from other apps can appear inside Fitevy. Fitevy accesses only workouts and active energy.
When you use AI plan or routine generation, Fitevy sends your workout preferences — goal, experience level, days per week, session length, focus areas, and equipment — and, for descriptions, routine and exercise names and muscle groups, to our backend, which forwards them to a third-party AI provider such as OpenAI. These requests do not include your name, email, or body metrics.
When the app or your browser connects to our backend, we store session records that include an IP address and a device or browser identifier to keep you signed in and to protect your account. Standard server logs may record request metadata.
Fitevy periodically downloads the latest exercise library from our backend. This request does not include your personal profile, workout history, or Health data.
Fitevy uses your data to store and sync your workouts, authenticate you, power optional features like Apple Health and AI-assisted planning, manage your Fitevy Pro entitlement, and keep the service secure.
Health data is never sold or used for advertising. AI requests are used only to generate the plan or description you asked for.
We do not build advertising audiences or track behavior across third-party apps or websites.

You can delete your account, along with the routines you've published, from Settings in the app. You can manage Health permissions in the Apple Health app, turn off iCloud sync in iOS settings, and cancel Fitevy Pro in the App Store.
Account data is kept until you delete your account; deleting it removes your account and published routines from our servers. A Fitevy Pro subscription bought through Apple must be cancelled separately in the App Store. Workout data stays on your device and in your iCloud, under your control.
Fitevy is not directed to children under 13 and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.
