Frequently asked questions

A few quick answers to the questions we expect most often.

How do I restore my data on a new device?

If iCloud sync is enabled for Fitevy, your workouts and routines should sync automatically after you sign in to the same Apple ID and open the app. If data does not appear, contact support and include your device and iOS version.

Why is Apple Health data not showing up?

Check that Fitevy still has permission to read and write workout data in the Health app. If permissions are enabled and sync still looks wrong, send us a note with the workout date and a screenshot of the Health permissions screen.

How do I report a routine issue?

Send the routine name, what result looked wrong, and what you expected instead. That helps us distinguish app bugs from generation quality issues and improve the feature faster.

Can I request a feature?

Yes. We welcome feature requests by email. The most helpful requests explain your training goal, what workflow feels slow today, and what device you are using.
